I had been pondering permanent make up for years. After seeing Ann’s work on two acquaintances and after doing some research, I decided it was time. Ann is certified by the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. I first went to Ann for eyebrows. I was immediately comfortable with her lovely, gentle, and patient manner. She listened very carefully and was able to achieve precisely the look and color I was hoping for.
